CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

1  ::   INFO/INTRODUCTION

First things first. Before we begin, I like to get to know you as couple. What are your styles, what is your vision for your special day? Lets talk colors, flowers, decor and everything in between. I’ll send you a form to fill out about what your needs are and what your style plan is for your wedding. Feel free to send me images, ideas or even your wedding Pinterest board!

2  ::   INITIAL DESIGN PHASE  ::  3-4 weeks

Based on your feedback and our conversations, I will send you 2-3 invitation/design ideas in a PDF form. Within the PDF, you will see a visual mock-up of what your invitation would look like. Each design will be priced based on materials used, add-ons suggested and design fees.

DEPOSIT I:

After you’ve seen the first PDF and are ready to see more, I ask that you send a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm that you would like to move forward. This deposit will go towards your final invoice and holds your place in the production line.

3  ::  FEEDBACK

Like the font style in option 1, but the colors in option two? No problem! Once you’ve reviewed your first PDF feel free to mix and match. I am more than happy to make changes, add and remove elements until you are completely satisfied with the look of your invitation. Suggestions are always welcome! Don’t be afraid to let me know what you like or dislike or even an idea that you had that you just have to see. This is your wedding, and I love when couples put their own spin on it. We will work together to come up with the best design to make your guests even more excited for your special day!

4  ::  REVISIONS  ::  2-3 weeks

5  ::  FINAL APPROVAL

Once we’ve finalized a design and every detail is perfect. I will send you a final PDF for you to initial and send back to me.

DEPOSIT II:

Upon final approval I will send you a final invoice based on the options you’ve chosen. At that time, a second deposit of half of your remaining balance will be needed in order to purchase materials and begin production.

6  ::  PRINTING/ASSEMBLY  ::  6-8 weeks

7  ::  SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Who doesn’t love a brown paper package, tied up with string? Your final materials will be shipped to you after
all materials are completed. If you need some materials before others, I can ship separately or provide costs for
rush shipping.
Shipping costs will appear on your final invoice.

DEPOSIT III:

Once you’ve received your final packaged of all materials. Your final balance is due no later than 2 weeks after receipt.
